02Personal data we collect
For the purposes described in this notice, we collect the following data:
- Identification data: full name, company, role.
- Contact data: work email, phone / WhatsApp.
- Professional data: industry, operation size, technical needs described.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies and analytics tools).
We do not collect sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data through this site.
03Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the commercial relationship):
- To respond to your request for information, diagnostic or quote.

- A document that proves your identity.
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data it concerns.
We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of your request.
06Security measures
We apply administrative, technical and physical security measures aligned with international best practices (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF) to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse.
This includes: encryption in transit and at rest, access control with MFA, audit logs, periodic review of permissions and verifiable backups.
